Review: As I gradually came to accept the 2009s Star Trek, as mindless entertainment, I remember sitting in the theater when I first saw it and just have this sinking feeling like a balloon with air, gradually released. My reaction was just the opposite this time. In the darkness of its predecessor by leaps and bounds. This is a movie that should appeal to most Trekkies much as it will be made in the general film audience just looking for excitement ride.JJ Abrams inaugural foray into this kind of franchise, it seemed to leave a loyal following in the dust in a hurry to reach the general population. Before Abrams, Im sure there have been complaints that the Trek movies have become too much for the space battles and the like, and went boldly go where no one has gone before. I feel that writers in darkness, you have some of these criticisms heart and set out to solve that I think it's pretty smart way.The people behind this movie has to have their cake and eat it, they made the most action packed Star Trek movie ever, but at the end of the day, it is a confirmation of the basic ideals of Star Trek and much more reverent the canon. Having said that, however, remains a question that can handle a movie that's really about looking for a new life and new civilizations, not just with words this concept.Of certainly not all Trekkies will agree with my assessment, but it is impossible to please all fans are notoriously hard to please. In my opinion, although it is one of the best movies Ive seen this year.
