Review: August Osage is a place somewhere in the Midwest. The film begins with two aging parents, mother has cancer and dad, a little depressed. One of their children stayed at home to take care of them the other two moved away and got married, and on the other hand, is still wild monkey. All children are girls. Tragedy struck the father left the house and went missing days. The family gathers at home and find his father drowned himself.This is the first film I saw at TIFF 2013. The film is a family drama with characters you shook each member of the family, aunt, uncle, cousin and even husbands and lovers. In the hours and days stretch of the funeral, then the game develops and conflicts arise. Meryl Streep is reliable Oscar nominated role in 2014 Oscar season just stick to Julia Roberts. Aside from the Oscar-nominated star studied this set is a film of the performance of the vehicle, and the little story on the side.
